Should the home be empty for a move-out clean?
It works best once furniture and boxes are out, so we can reach inside closets and cabinets and along every baseboard. If that is not possible, tell us and we will plan around it.
Can you schedule around my closing or lease date?
Usually, yes. Let us know your dates as early as you can and we will fit the clean in before the walkthrough or key handover.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans include the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, plus every cabinet and drawer.
